From contact-level signals to account health.
Every signal is first captured at the contact level and combined into that contact's Vibe and Risk. Each contact has a specific role within the account, such as decision-maker, champion, or end user. That role determines how strongly the contact's Vibe and Risk influence account health. The weighted contact scores are then combined at the account level.
Deterministic signals come from measured values such as NPS, CSAT, CES, and product usage. Probabilistic signals are derived from real customer conversations using AI. Together, both signal types form the basis for Vibe and Risk at the contact level.
Vibe and Risk from all of a contact's signals.
A contact's complete signal set produces Vibe and Risk. Measured values such as NPS, CSAT, CES, and product usage are combined with AI-powered signals from real customer conversations. This allows both scores to reflect measurable behavior and the context of the customer relationship.
A contact's role determines their impact.
Vibe and Risk are calculated separately for each contact. How strongly these contact scores influence account health depends on the contact's role within the account. This makes account health reflect how the customer relationship is actually structured.
Changes reach the right owner directly.
Aloy makes changes in account health visible to the entire team and notifies the owner responsible for the commercial relationship. They can see which contact scores triggered the change and the context behind it. This helps them assess the situation, prioritize the conversation, and prepare the next step.
